GeekOnUp experienced substantial change over the past year. The industry accelerated, and our own direction became clearer.
The team grew, key-account engagements expanded, and we moved to a new office.

It was a relaxed event designed by and for the team.
Part 1:
Check-in begins with a year of growth
Everyone wrote their name on a leaf-shaped card and placed it on a shared tree.
As the bare branches gradually filled,
the tree became a simple picture of how the team had grown together.
Each card also included the question'What did I learn this year?'giving every colleague a chance to capture one part of their own development.
Answers ranged from 'learning to guide GPT' and 'learning to raise a child' to 'stopping unproductive overthinking.'
Scratch cards waited nearby, with the first surprise of the event.
One colleague won RMB 200 immediately.
'What did you use to scratch it? Let me borrow some of that luck.'
Part 2
Mystery questions and third-prize draw
During themystery-questionround, everyone selected a prompt and answered it.
'What series did you enjoy most this year? Does Reborn as a Developer at Work count?'
'Your most memorable meal? The day the restaurant downstairs added an extra piece of braised pork.'
'The most unusual thing you have done while avoiding work? Not avoiding work.'
The room produced more unexpected answers than we could record.
We also discovered that small moments are enough to make this team happy.
The third-prize draw followed with five RMB 666 cash envelopes. Each winner selected the next person in a relay-style mystery draw.
Five colleagues began the year with an additional cash prize.
The anticipation moved around the room with every draw.
Part 3
Games and the second-prize draw
A company gathering needs a few games.
The winning team in each round received a mystery cash envelope.
The name-response challenge
placed two teams face to face in a fast recognition contest.
Some colleagues responded with complete confidence.
Others discovered that they did not reliably remember the names of people they worked with every day.

Team charades
included one accidental rule violation and immediate judgment from the referee's inflatable hammer.
Some teams combined expressive performance with excellent coordination.
Another completed only one of 20 prompts in six minutes.
The winning team finished in under four minutes.
The orange relay
used rock-paper-scissors: the winner ate part of an orange, while the loser rotated out. The first team to finish won.
One participant asked seriously, 'Do we need to peel it?'
The host replied, 'You only need to finish it.'
Someone thenput two unpeeled oranges directly into their mouth.
The interpretation was aggressive but technically valid.
It became one of the funniest moments of the event.One sprint also ended in a harmless fall and a great deal of laughter.
After the games,three RMB 1,388 cash prizes were drawn.
Three colleagues left the round with particularly good luck.
Our founder was selected as well, proving that the draw treated everyone equally.
He later divided his prize into two RMB 666 awards in theraffle system,giving everyone another opportunity to participate.
Part 4
Annual awards and the first-prize draw
The most important part of the event was recognizing colleagues whose work often happens quietly.
Across the year, team members demonstrated judgment, ownership, practical AI methods, and consistent results in their respective roles.

Each award represented a different form of meaningful contribution.
The first prize was a RMB 3,888 cash envelope.
This round used the raffle system and produced the most anticipated moment of the event.
Congratulations to the colleague who received the top prize.
We will continue the tradition next year.

GeekOnUp continued moving forward throughout the year.
We invested heavily in improving how we work internally and in understanding where customers are genuinely constrained.
People often ask what our most important decision was during the year.
It was our commitment to an idea validated through practical work:
intelligence grows from the combined foundation of business context and dependable data.
It begins at real customer touchpoints. A company's digital journey starts when mobile apps, mini programs, and web products establish a useful connection with users.
Most customers do not first approach us with a broad request for digital transformation.
They bring a concrete business constraint: a process is unclear or growth has stalled.
We begin there and help establish the first dependable touchpoint. During that work, the company often realizes that its digital transformation is already underway.
Once the touchpoint exists, data begins moving with direction.
Movement alone does not make data durable or useful.
The real work is turning distributed clicks, inquiries, behaviors, and conversions
into understandable, connected data assets that can drive business decisions.
Only in that environment can AI take root and develop into a practical capability.
Business objectives set the direction, data represents reality, and AI can then become a source of productivity.
When data remains fragmented, outdated, or static, even an advanced agent produces only a short-lived demonstration.
